With over 20 years in senior marketing roles across the arts and third sector, I know what it’s like to be constantly ‘on’ – meeting deadlines, managing teams, and juggling work and home life.

Then I found yoga. It gave me something I didn’t even realise I was missing: calm, clarity, and grounding. It reconnected me to myself and gave me tools to manage stress, stay focused, and work with confidence and resilience. I founded Rooted Soul Yoga to share these benefits where they’re needed most – in the workplace.

What makes my approach different? I’m trauma-informed and experienced in supporting neurodivergent individuals, creating spaces that feel safe, inclusive, and accessible.
